  • 4 cups water
  • 1 can coconut milk (14 fl oz.)
  • 1 pkg yellow mung beans (14 oz), washed, drained
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation Method

1. Bring the water and mung beans to a boil over high heat in a large, deep, uncovered pot for 2 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and simmer covered for 30 minutes or until the mung beans are soft. Add the sugar and coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
