Terms and Conditions

General.
These terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of England and Scotland. If any provision of these conditions is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.

Our guarantee.
We aim to supply products of the highest standard. If you are not happy with the quality of our products, we will refund your money with 28 days of purchase.

Return of non-perishable items.
If you wish to return a non-perishable item for any reason other than it not being of merchantable quality (faulty etc), you may do so at your own expense. We will refund the cost of the item less a handling charge of 5 per cent, as long as the item is returned to us in the same condition as when we sent it to you.

Delivery
Orders are normally delivered within 2 - 5 days. Deliveries which are not signed for are left at your risk, if the driver can find a reasonably secure place to leave them. If we anticipate any difficulties concerning the delivery date, we will contact you as soon as  possible to arrange a mutually acceptable alternative.

Cancellation of orders
You may cancel your order at any time up to the closing time for acceptance of orders. We will refund any payment you have made, but reserve the right to make a charge of £4 to cover the costs incurred by us in handling your payment/credit.

Customer support
You may call our customer helpline on 0845 250 0589 during opening hours. If the line is not attended, please leave a message. We aim to respond to all calls within 24 hours except at weekends / public holidays. Alternatively, or if contacting us from outside the UK, you may email us at info@ductien.co.uk
